Is this online store reliable?

Now I try to read as many real user reviews as possible before I buy anything. If the first order is a disaster, I prefer to move on and not waste time with support. Sometimes I experiment with different materials just to see how they feel in daily life. Sometimes I still make mistakes with size, so a friendly exchange policy is very helpful.

Good packaging and a small storage bag are also nice touches for accessories. If a piece of jewelry keeps its color and does not irritate the skin, I consider it a win. In the past I have wasted money on items that looked good in photos but felt cheap in real life. Shipping speed is not everything, but extremely slow delivery is very annoying. Footwear is even harder because different brands cut shoes very differently. If a website gives a detailed guide for measurements, I feel more confident when ordering. Even big and famous brands sometimes send generic replies that are not very helpful.
